Safety Policy

The policy of the Safety Department of Alfajar provides a safe workplace for all employees and the prevention of accidents to minimize loss of life, severe injuries, and damage o its physical assets. Maintain a safe and healthful work environment and protect the public against foreseeable hazards resulting from operations.

Alfajar encourages employee participation, good communication, and viable suggestions.

It also encourages off-the-job safety training for all employees to protect themselves and their families from harm during off-duty hours. Check and advise on each work plan or procedure for safety before work commencement.

Conduct safety inspections, safety surveys, and safety meetings. Investigate all serious accidents and injuries. Provide technical expertise and instructions to each department and develop an industrial safety program.

The implementation of the safety training program is to ensure that each employee is instructed regarding work hazards. Also, maintain adequate pertinent records and reports covering all aspects of safety/fire protection.
